Specialization and Responsibilities:
- Accounting: maintaining records in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
- Primary documentation: receipt, control, processing, and recording of primary documents (invoices, acceptance/transfer acts, delivery notes) in the accounting software;
- Banking operations management: preparation of payment orders/transfers, processing and posting of bank statements, control of currency conversions;
- Tax declaration: preparation of monthly and annual tax returns and their timely submission to the tax authority (rs.ge);
- Operating expense control: recording, analysis, and management of general, operating, and administrative expenses;
- Foreign currency operations and revaluation: revaluation of foreign currency balances and accounting for exchange rate differences;
- Interaction with partners and clients: control of accounts receivable and payable, periodic preparation of reconciliation acts;
- Financial reporting: preparation of the trial balance, profit and loss statement, and other internal reports for management.
