  • Why do clients choose you over other companies? What makes you special?
We are chosen for our deep expertise and professionalism. We have been in the market since 2018, and from the very beginning we have built our work on honesty, transparency, and unique solutions that truly work. We are flexible, do not follow a "template," and know how to find an individual approach for each client.

Our entire team is not just lawyers with higher education who speak several languages. These are people who are constantly developing: attending courses, international programs, and also participating in cultural and sports life. I personally communicate with each of them — and this gives us that reliable, dynamic, and strong team that clients trust.

  • How do you build and maintain long-term and trusting relationships with clients?
We are always in touch — in both the literal and deeper sense.
Supporting the client is not just a phrase, it is daily work: project support, attention to detail, honesty even in difficult situations.

I personally always try to put myself in the client’s shoes: "What is he feeling? How will he perceive this decision? How would I like to be treated?" — this is the level of empathy we bring to our work. And I believe it is exactly this that builds genuine trust.

  • Which projects do you consider the most successful and why?
Although we help people every day with residence permits, citizenship, and business issues, — for me the most meaningful projects are always those related to the legal defense of justice.

When we win complex cases, especially those that involve questions of honor, truth, and order — I feel genuine pride. Because in such moments we are not just doing our job, we are restoring justice. And unfortunately, there is not enough of that in the world.

  • What feedback have you received from clients that especially highlights your team’s professionalism?
I read every review with great care. It doesn’t matter to me whether my name is mentioned, or whether the task was big or small.

The most valuable thing is gratitude and trust. When a client writes: "Thank you" — it’s not just a word, but a sign that we were there at the right moment. And trust is something that cannot be bought or asked for. It either exists or it doesn’t. And when it does — that is the highest recognition of our work.


  • What is the company’s reputation in the market and what factors ensure its stability?
There have been times when I was at an event and started talking to strangers. When the name of the company came up and I said "Just Advisors," I saw the reaction:
"Oh, we know you!"
"Our lawyer worked with you, she was a real professional."
"I've read about you — you choose quality over speed."
That always makes me proud. We are seen as an honest player with no hidden conditions, and as a reliable partner with whom it is safe and reassuring to move forward.


  • How do you see the development of new market segments and geographical expansion?

  1. We are already in Batumi! We opened a branch — now we are even closer to our clients across Georgia. This is a truly important step for us in terms of expansion and growth opportunities.
  2. Insider information! We now have two new directions — JA HR and JA Marketing! These services will allow us to further expand our capabilities and offer clients not only legal support but also comprehensive solutions for their businesses.

And overall, I believe that we will continue to actively expand throughout Georgia, and beyond — into neighboring countries. For us, this is just the beginning, and many exciting projects lie ahead! и в соседние страны.  Для нас это только начало, и впереди много интересных проектов!


  • How do you envision the development of the Just Advisors commercial department in the coming years?
To be honest — there is always room to grow.

We want to strengthen the team, implement more advanced analytical tools, enhance our partner network, and most importantly — preserve our culture of client care.

We do not want to just sell legal services. We want every person who comes to us to feel: "Here, I am truly heard, here I am safe, here work people who genuinely care.
