  • Please share your professional path before joining JUST Advisors. What factors influenced your choice of this company?
When choosing a company, it was important to me that the company was based on professionalism and a growth-oriented approach. It has always been my priority to work in an environment where innovative vision and professional development are truly valued — this is exactly what I found at JUST Advisors.

Another decisive factor was the team’s attitude — sincere, open, and result-driven people. When you see that a company knows what it wants and how to achieve its goals, it naturally makes you want to be part of it. I must also mention that after my very first conversation with the company’s founder, I realized this was the right place for me.

What is the most significant challenge you face in your position? How do you handle it, and what is your strategy for professional growth in this process?
The biggest challenge is the constantly changing environment and shifting customer expectations and demands, to which the sales strategy must quickly adapt. What helps me in this process is an analytical approach and active communication with the team.


  • Share your vision of the JUST Advisors team — how do you maintain a high level of collaboration, and what drives your team’s success?
Our team stands out because each member makes a real contribution toward our common goal. Our core principles are open communication, mutual respect, and integrity — we reinforce these values in our daily work as well as through team meetings and training.

We are not just colleagues — we work together, share knowledge and ideas. It is this communication and trust that gives us the strength that leads to success.

  • JUST Advisors' membership in the Sales Association comes with important expectations and opportunities. How do you see its impact on the company’s development?
It is truly great news. The Association is built on strong connections, mutual support, and shared growth.

For us, this is yet another exciting platform — we continue to grow professionally, explore international trends, and build relationships, which greatly helps us become even stronger in the market. Naturally, we already have ideas for joint projects and look forward to bringing them to life.


  • As head of the Commercial Department, how would you evaluate your role in winning the 2024 award, and which key values or work styles contributed to this success?
The role of the Commercial Department was just as important as that of every other team member. The foundation of our success was effective process management, high motivation within the sales team, and elevating customer experience standards.

It was a victory for the whole team. Our role was to place the right emphasis at the right time. Honesty, agility, and teamwork were our top priorities.


  • During complex projects, what specific approaches help you maintain emotional resilience?
During complex projects, what helps me most with emotional resilience is open communication — both with team members and with clients. Also, having complete information at every stage of the project — it is the best way to minimize stress and uncertainty.

One of the main motivators is having an energetic and motivated team! Nothing gives us greater momentum than that.

  • How do you envision your future professional growth at JUST Advisors?
In the future, I see myself as a strategic partner who plays an important role in the company’s expansion and in the introduction of new strategies.

It is my strong desire to apply my knowledge and experience toward the company’s growth. Innovation and the creation of new partnership directions — that is my future focus.
